Monster Cleaning Harrow does five kinds of job across HA1, HA2 and HA3, and in Pinner (HA5). Prices are agreed on the phone before we set out and only change if you add something on the day.

Picking the right one
Leaving a rented place? The end of tenancy clean is the one to book. It’s set by bedroom count and runs from £156 up to £425, with the oven added if you want it (£31) and carpets priced by the room, from £29 a bedroom when they come with the clean.
If you’re not moving and the house has slipped badly, book a deep clean. That’s a pair of cleaners or more, three hours minimum, £26 an hour apiece and £30 on top for equipment.
For keeping a house in order week to week, a regular cleaner is £23 an hour (£24 fortnightly). Carpets or an oven can be scheduled for a morning your cleaner is in anyway.
Set prices and hourly ones
Move-out cleans have a set price by size, so the quote on the phone is what you pay. Regular and deep cleaning go by the hour, because neither has a fixed size and a set price would just mean padding it. Carpets and ovens are priced by the item.
One-off work has a £67 minimum. It rarely matters, since a single oven is £77, but one bedroom carpet on its own would go up from £36 to £67. We don’t charge for travel within our areas.

Which service is right if I’m moving out?
Book the end of tenancy clean. It runs from £156 (studio) to £425 (four bedrooms). The oven is optional at £31, and carpets added to it start at £29 a room, less than a carpet-only booking.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, £67 for one-off jobs. A single oven at £77 is already over it; a single bedroom carpet at £36 would be charged at £67. Regular hourly cleaning isn’t charged the £67, though each visit runs three hours at least.
Do evenings or weekends cost more?
No. Weekend work is charged at weekday rates, and there’s no travel charge within our areas. Phones are answered 8am to 7pm, every day.
