Six neighbourhoods account for most of our days. Wealdstone is terraces and flats over shops, with a lot of licensed room changeovers since selective licensing began there on 1 September 2026. In North Harrow the semis along Pinner Road nearly all have drives, and carpets are the main job. South Harrow mixes interwar semis with postwar estate homes, and its Roxeth ward has been licensed since 2 May. Up in Harrow Weald the houses are big and detached, so range cookers and deep cleans take up most of our time there. Rayners Lane gives us flats above the parade and plenty of weekly work in the semis behind. Pinner has its old village and whole houses let to families.

That list shows where we go most, and it isn’t a hard border. We also cover the town centre and Harrow on the Hill, Kenton to the east towards Wembley, and Stanmore when the diary has room. Travel
None of these areas carries a travel charge. Parking, where a street needs it, is charged at the actual cost.
One price list
A move-out clean is £156 for a studio and £425 for four bedrooms in every one of these areas, with the oven £31 on top. Carpets start at £36 a room, weekly cleaning is £23 an hour per cleaner, and deep cleans begin at £186. Our prices page has the full list.
Questions we get asked
Is there an extra charge for the edges of the borough?
No. We don’t charge call-out or travel anywhere on our list, so a four bed move-out is £425 in Harrow Weald, the same as in the town centre.
Do you go to Kenton and Stanmore?
Yes, Kenton on the Wembley side and Stanmore when the diary allows. Neither has a page here yet, so ring 020 8077 2678 with your postcode and we’ll say whether it’s this week or next.
What are your main postcodes?
